Our Team

Kevin Vaughan is the owner and founder of Township Development Services. As both a licensed professional engineer and licensed real estate broker, Vaughan has a unique perspective on both the development process and the value proposition in today’s marketplace.

With degree in Electrical Engineering, Kevin has not been defined by his formal education. From his early experience managing environmental remediation projects at high profile locations including The White House, Kevin eventually became a published author and guest lecturer on environmental issues impacting real estate. After becoming a principal at three separate architectural engineering firms in the Mid-South, Kevin founded Township Development in 2006. Public service and public policy have also been areas of interest and expertise. Kevin served as vice-chairman of the Collierville Municipal School Board from its’ inception, until his election into the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2017. Understanding and shaping public policy allows Vaughan to work hand-in-hand with local elected leaders to understand the public implications surrounding development projects.
